Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Pre-Launch Requests: Refund requests before the website or design project is finalized and launched will be assessed based on the scope of work completed. Refunds are typically granted if requested before significant work begins.
- Post-Launch Requests: After project completion and delivery of final deliverables, refunds are generally not available. It is important that all features and modifications are finalized before project completion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Approved Design: Once design plans are approved and work has moved into execution, refunds are no longer available.
- Client-Initiated Changes: Refunds will not be granted if dissatisfaction arises due to client-requested changes after the project has been completed or after the website goes live.
- Project Reassignment: If the project is transferred to another provider, a refund request may be considered.
- Change of Mind: If the client decides not to continue after payment has been made, a refund may be considered based on specific conditions.
- Incomplete Design Brief: If the client fails to provide a complete design brief, negatively impacting the project, a refund may be considered.
- Timely Concerns: Refunds will be considered if concerns are raised within 72 hours of the initial design delivery.
- Adherence to Brief: Once the final files are delivered or the design concept is approved, no refunds will be issued unless the design does not align with the provided brief.
- Chargebacks: Unwarranted chargebacks will not be accepted. We reserve the right to take legal action in such cases.
Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Send a written request to support@anhext.com, detailing the reasons and including any necessary documentation.
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2 business days and provide a response. This allows us to evaluate the request and the relevant circumstances.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of approval.
- Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a refund, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it amicably. Any unresolved disputes will be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
