Payment Terms

- Invoices: Invoices will be issued after completing milestones or at regular intervals. Payment is due on the same day as the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Late Payments: A 2% monthly fee will be applied to overdue invoices. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are cleared.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use project materials in our portfolio and for marketing unless otherwise agreed.
- Licensing: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes stated in the agreement. Resale or redistribution requires prior written consent.
- Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used in the project will be licensed to you or used under fair use. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with third-party licenses.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any exchanged information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Termination
- By Client: You may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
- By Us: We may terminate the agreement if you breach these Terms or fail to meet your obligations. You will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Defamation and Chargebacks
Anhext reserves the right to take legal action in the case of unwarranted chargebacks or defamatory statements about our brand. We may suspend ongoing work until these matters are resolved.
Revision Policy
Please finalize all desired features before the launch, as changes cannot be made after the website goes live. Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal performance. Requests for full refunds will not be accepted once the design plans are approved.
Prohibition of Inappropriate Content
The posting or transmission of illegal, false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or objectionable content is strictly prohibited. By using our services, you agree not to engage in or facilitate such conduct.
Disclaimer
